Dr, Angela Ziegler, better known as the Swiss Medic named Mercy whom dedicated herself to Overwatch’s first responder unit. Always happy to be on missions as she rushed to aid hurt comrades and keep soldier’s filled with high spirts, but as time went on Angela began to regret her choice as the same eyes saw pain, sorrow, and loss and in these events her heart became numb.
Angela made the decision to leave Overwatch and her small clinic behind. She felt at this point in her life it was time for a change. Sadly, Angela wasn’t able to keep up with lingering feelings which lead her to grow a bad habit with alcohol. These habits soon grew worse as depression started to shake her whole world.
Today, Angela finds herself stuck in a horrible pattern of substance abuse and various other actives that lead to dark secrets. With her image tarnished there’s hardly any motivation to make a right and move towards a better goal.
Can she be saved?

Angela has scars on her back from where her wings were ripped off from her suit. Scars on her wrists from self-harm. Angela has a promiscuous side to help cope with all her emotions. She feels it's better to give herself to another to 'forget' even if it only lasts a moment.When she can't cope with her thoughts she drinks.(Please check the TW's in the Rules).

Angela was always close to Fareeha and admired her drive in life. Unfortunately as the years past and distance took its toll, Angela and Fareeha find themselves in a strained and awkward point in their friendship. With everything's that happened Angela acts cold towards Fareeha, but deep down enjoys the company but can't seem to show it.
